Hi there! I’m someone who believes that our best life starts from within – quite literally. My journey into gut health and stress reduction began in the most important way possible: as a father. When my son was young, I realized that the stress I was carrying wasn’t just affecting me – it was shaping the kind of dad I could be for him. That realization changed everything. I’ve always found peace in nature, whether it’s feeling the sun on my face during a morning walk with my rescue dog Molly, or spending time outdoors in every season. There’s something about being outside that grounds me and reminds me what really matters. These moments of connection – with nature, with family, with ourselves – are where true healing begins. Through my own transformation, I discovered the profound connection between our gut health and our ability to manage stress. What started as a personal journey to health and balance has evolved into my passion: helping others find their way back to balance through healing their microbiome. That’s why I created Equilize – starting with my comprehensive 5-step gut health program called Stress Rescue that is designed to reduce stress and restore your natural equilibrium. But this is just the beginning. My vision is to support people in finding balance across all aspects of their wellbeing, because I know firsthand how transformative that journey can be.
